4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by service and supplier. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation relative to the travel date. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 business days.
5. Travel Documents
It is the traveller's responsibility to ensure they hold valid travel documents including passports, visas, and any required health certificates. Alpha Travel accepts no liability for denied boarding or entry due to inadequate documentation.

Alpha Travel acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, and other service providers. We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience arising from the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers.
